Working within the constraints of a Grade II listing, this apartment was restored to its former glory, achieving a perfect blend of period and modern features to create an exceptional home worthy of this lovely property.
2- Cotswolds Lake House
The finishes chosen for this project provided the perfect combination of luxury while remaining in touch with its natural surroundings.
3- Hyde Park Apartment
While the developer’s finishes were high quality, their design team was able to completely transform the overwhelming accent of light oak by using bespoke joinery, feature antique mirror walls, and design emphasis drawing the eye to the luxury window treatments and furnishings.
4- Kensington Mansion Apartment
Working within the parameters of the property management company, this 1930s apartment was stripped down to the studs and remodelled to create living spaces fit for the twenty-first century. Our brief as a development property was to create a ‘classical modern’ interior that would appeal to a diverse range of potential buyers.

Kathryn Levitt Design was appointed by London-based clients to create a stunning interior for their new 6000 square foot holiday home, which will be enjoyed by their young family and guests for many years to come. The design brief was to create an interior space that made the most of the high ceilings and large open plan spaces while also providing cosy family spaces.
6- Mayfair Apartment
This fantastically located Mayfair apartment had not been touched in many years and was in desperate need of renovation. Their overseas clients appointed KLD to handle the project from start to finish, allowing them to literally walk in with their suitcases.
7- Mayfair Mews House
This mews property, which was previously used for commercial purposes, was completely gutted and reduced to nothing more than a facade. An exceptional design provided an abundance of natural light as well as creative living space, which was beautifully furnished and dressed to provide an exceptional home.

Their client appointed Kathryn Levitt Design to create a peaceful retreat away from their hectic London lifestyle, providing a haven of calm for their family and guests to enjoy.
