1-Albert Court, Knightsbridge
This incredibly striking Grade II listed property sits within the beautiful Albert Court apartment building and is adjacent to the iconic Royal Albert Hall. Taking a pure design and FF+E approach on this project, Base Interior created a classic contemporary interior scheme that respected and celebrated the period architectural features. Its bathroom especially embodies the contemporary style, that is well combined with the classic features of the space.
2-Casa Auxilar, Catalunya
Base Interior was appointed at a very early stage as the interior designer within a larger design team on the creation of this luxury personal estate in Catalunya. The project consisted of the renovation of the interior of an old farmhouse ‘finca’. This bathroom combines the noble look of wood with bold colour from the tiles, creating an extremely beautiful bathroom design.
3-Chatsworth Court, Kensington
Base Interior was appointed on a full interior design and project coordination basis on the renovation of an elegant Kensington apartment. The final interior is a story of attention to detail paired with a very homely, eclectic elegance which transpires through the incredible materials chosen for the bathroom. The marble accentuates the eclectic style while giving it a classic twist.
4-Eton Court, Belsize Park Bathroom
Every aspect of this early Art Deco apartment and bathroom is characterful, with the Base Interior team being inspired to create a decorative, fun-filled yet practical scheme. The mix of styles, textures and materials is very well-achieved and creates a very boho-chic look.
5-Eton Court, Belsize Park Dressing Corner
The character and style of this Base Interior project are also very visible in this dressing room, with a colour scheme that exceptionally combines with the marvellous wallpaper pattern and the classic and simple furniture.
6-Grosvenor Square, Mayfair
Base Interior took an interior design and project coordination role completing all permissions, concept and detail design. The team transformed a dated apartment from both a spatial and conceptual perspective and renovated it in its entirety. Base Interior worked with the client’s input and was able to design some beautifully bespoke pieces including the stone floor, hand-selected by Deborah Bass.
7-Harley Place, Marylebone
Even though it constituted a challenge for the Base Interior team, the practice was able to convert a former potters studio with a separate residence above an external staircase into a home with a dramatic staircase, open-plan living to both ground and first floor including a beautiful double-height ceiling feature. In the bathroom, eclectic touches throughout give a great sense of the client’s character and lifestyle.
8-Orchard Court Family, Marylebone
Working through the permissions process, concept and detailed design. Base Interior created a wonderful contemporary home for their clients. In the bathroom, the use of marble sculpted in a way that resembles ancient Rome’s pillars or the Renaissance, we can find a beautiful contemporary space that is achieved through some classical details and elements.
9-Orchard Court, Marylebone
For this adjacent project, Base Interior created a stunning contemporary Art Deco space. The mix of patterns in this bathroom design creates a beautiful and comfortable room to feel at ease and to have some alone time.
10-Perrins Court, Hampstead
