Four Seasons Apartments

Four Seasons has announced its first-ever standalone branded “residences,” set to debut next year in London’s Mayfair neighborhood, so Now You can Live in The Four Seasons Apartments.

The three, four, and five bedroom residences will start at $23.7M and will go up to $47.3M. It’s a pretty big deal for the Toronto-based hotel company because this will represent the company’s first residential project that is not attached to a hotel.

These luxurious apartments will be located right in the heart of Mayfair. Also, this location is rich in history it once served as a home base for US Naval Forces during the World War II.

There will be three, four and five bedroom apartments for sale, that will include high ceilings, separate staff entrances, media rooms, and classical drawing rooms. Also, there will be an on-site salon, a spa, a steam room and a fitness center.
