Nicole Fuller Interiors: The Projects
1. 111 Leroy
When designing this residence in a new luxury building in Lower Manhattan, developed by PMG Development, Nicole Fuller Interiors was asked to create an elevated downtown chic space with a relaxed and livable vibe.
2. 7 Harrison
Founder of the company Beyond Yoga, Judi Guber turned to Nicole Fuller Interiors for her firm’s verve with color and understanding of art to design her Manhattan apartment. The lifestyle entrepreneur, who lives between Malibu and New York, wanted a seamless blend of California ease and urban sophistication where her art collection could shine. With this mandate, Nicole imbued the home with colorful, pattern-rich textiles, and a focus on collectible pieces of design from iconic designers like Mattia Bonetti and Carlos Motta and light fixtures by the likes of Stephan Gulassa and Jean de Merry.
3. 111 Murray Street
This 58th floor, 7,000 square foot residence in the heart of TriBeCa is the epitome of modern New York City with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting expansive city views. Witkoff Group and Fisher Brothers turned to Nicole Fuller Interiors to create an elegant model home that feels both lived-in and of-the-moment, the dreamy bird’s nest of a New York aesthete.

4. Soho Residence
Nestled in the heart of SoHo in the renowned XOCO Building by DDG architects, this residence, owned by a native New York couple for whom Nicole Fuller Interiors had previously designed projects for in Boston and Italy, transformed their new home into their ultimate luxurious pied-à-terre. From the entry to the living room, a neutral palette flows throughout with high-gloss lacquered panels to accentuate the intricate curves of the building’s natural architecture. Nicole infused pops of color with furniture and artwork selections. To balance the room, a sculptural sofa upholstered in a luscious Loro Piana cashmere contrasts the lacquer with warmth and texture.
5. West Village Penthouse
Nicole Fuller Interiors collaborated with NYC architect Alma Hadrovic to turn this previously stark one-bedroom loft into the show-stopping penthouse apartment it was meant to be.

6. Baccarat Hotel
The redesign of this full-floor Midtown Manhattan home located in the Baccarat Hotel and Residences was brought to life by Nicole Fuller Interiors. This magnificent pied-à-terre has sweeping views of the city and features artwork by Andy Warhol, James Nares, and Ian Davenport. Nicole treated the walls with custom Italian plaster finishes throughout along with high gloss lacquered wall panels to divide the main living area into three distinct yet holistic spaces, all in keeping with the client’s worldly and sophisticated point of view.
7. Beach House
This custom-built modern Hamptons home was realized from the ground up by Nicole Fuller Interiors. Working together with the architect and builder, Nicole imbued the home with a sense of bohemian, carefree sophistication. A sense of balance underpins the project, achieved by Nicole’s signature use of black structural elements like dark windows to ground the space alongside a light, neutral palette that echoes the surrounding seagrass and dunes. The home is furnished with a rich and diverse mélange of vintage designs, custom furnishings, and transitional elements. In the living room, texture and patina-rich Moroccan designs juxtapose a precious silver travertine fireplace to create a look of effortless luxury.
