The world’s greatest restaurants have been revealed at the annual World’s 50 Best Awards and we have chosen 10 restaurants that are in the top 50 best restaurants in the world.
The restaurants were judged by an ‘academy’ of over 1000 industry experts, including chefs, restaurateurs and critics, who voted across 26 regions.

Eleven Madison Park (New York, US)
Eleven Madison Park managed by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Humm conquers for the second year in the row the No. 1 spot. The French-influenced bistro serves exceptional Greenmarket cuisine that surprises and delights every foodie.
Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy)
Osteria Francescana Modena this amazing Italian restaurant managed by the chef Massimo Bottura is in second place. The restaurant builds a new way of lunch and dinner with traditions menu.
El Celler de Can Roca (Girona, Spain)
El Celler de Can Roca Girona is run by the food lover brothers which are called Roca Brothers and has conquered the third place in the list. The dishes tells their culture stories, background and worth which is backed by strong ingredients.
Mirazur (Menton, France)
The man behind Mirazur is chef Mauro Colagreco and he brings the Argentinian’s culinary efforts, like the aromatic lemon trees for which Menton is famous.
Central (Lima, Peru)
Central is managed by Virgilio Martínez who went from skater to Michelin-star winner. Inspired by the pre-Columbian cooking style of the Incas, the two chefs whisked together diverse Andean ingredients.

Asador Etxebarri (Axpe, Spain)
Etxebarri managed by Victor Arguinzoniz is nothing more than a barbecue joint. The restaurant is famous for the moveable grills, sieved saucepans, selection of logs, amongst other inventions of this creative chef.
Gaggan (Bangkok, Thailand)
Gaggan managed by Bangkok’s top chef Gaggan Anand has made Indian food modern and molecular. The restaurant is famous for the deconstructing chicken tikka masala and the samosa-inspired potato mousse.
Maido (Lima, Peru)
Peruvian restaurant Maido offers two menu options, the Japanese set menu, where the restaurant conjures up an authentic Japanese experience, and a Nikkei menu, a Japanese-Peruvian fusion menu. This restaurant is managed by chef Mitsuharu Tsumura.
Mugaritz (Errenteria, Spain)
Mugaritz managed by the chef Andoni Luis Aduriz explores the perfect balance of innovation and respect for the roots and it’s origin. The plates are simultaneously disconcerting and stimulating, his cuisine goes from surprise to surprise and nourishes the spirit.
Steirereck (Vienna, Austria)
Steirereck managed by the chef Heinz Reitbauer offers the very best in contemporary Austrian cuisine – using local products.
