The interior of the 75 Kenmare project is a reflection of Kravitz Design founder’s eclectic lifestyle. The luxury project features 38 limited edition residences which were developed by DHA Capital and designed by the award winning New York architect Andre Kikosi.
These amazing and luxurious residences are composed with a contemporary, warm and sophisticated taste. Also, you can find throughout the building, materials such as unique natural stones, textured metal and rich oak. The addition of this materials has created a luxurious and layered living space.
Kitchens feature custom matte-white lacquer cabinetry, while the bathrooms are composed of the French Vanilla marble.

Units range from one to four bedrooms and the building will feature around 8,000 sq. ft. of retail at its base. Some of 75 Kenmare’s attractive amenities also include a 24-hour concierge, automated parking, a fully-equipped private fitness center, a rooftop terrace and a landscaped courtyard designed by acclaimed design firm Future Green Studio.
