The famous Ritz hotel in Paris has a secret cooking school: the Ecole Ritz Escoffier. This is probably one of the best places in the world to learn how to cook like a chef.
The program of the cooking school consists of a two-hour class that involves making high-end dishes and then enjoying them. There are also eight-hour courses and weeks-long professional courses.
Grilling classes are also provided in the hotel secret garden. The students can learn how grilling techniques for meat, fish, and vegetables.

The school has also specific classes that focus on certain cooking styles, like traditional bistrô dishes, regional cuisine, and the amazing classics from Ritz’s acclaimed restaurant.
If your kids would like to be chefs, they can learn in this school too. There are specific programs for aspiring young chefs where they can learn how to cook classics like cupcakes, macarons and deluxe finger sandwiches.
