The Christmas 2017 Decorations of the White House has been Revealed – First Lady, Melania Trump, has revealed this year decorations.
For this year’s theme, the Trump Family chose “Time-Honored Traditions”. And the end result was halls full of trees, wreaths welcoming the visitors and twinkle lights everywhere!

Over 18 000 strands of twinkle lights were used to decorate the entire White House, some of them are in the Cross Hall.

In the East Room, you can expect to see 2 of the 53 Christmas trees spread across the property.

The East Wing hallway was decorated with wintry branches, opening up to an area with a Christmas tree, where the official ornament can be found.

The stairs were not forgotten. It’s estimated that the decorators used over 1 000 feet worth of garland around the house.

There is also a miniature White House made of gingerbread that weights a shocking 350 pounds.

The Red Room, a room where small gatherings and dinner parties are held, has a décor that matches its name!

In the Vermeil Room, a room dedicated to the portraits of First Ladies, a green and gold garland runs along the mantel.
