All the windows are complimented with a continuous series of white, detailed shutters and monolithic concrete wall below. The rooms are minimalistic with bright and contemporary style details. A concrete ceilings, recycled hardwood timber and oak staircase unite everything into the whole consistent unity, which easily can be called a perfect summer residence.

The spacious back yard once in the year blossom with intense, lavender colored flowers and creates a perfect warm environment for Sunday’s dinner with a family members.

For the colder winter evenings, the architect team prepared a spacious dining room accomplished with a classical style fireplace as well as with contemporary style details.

More than that, there is another space just for intimate family dining. The spacious environment is softened by sheer curtains and few colorful artistic details.
