The famous American singer, Britney Spears, has put her California mansion, located in Thousand Oaks, listed on the market.

After purchasing a second house in the area, the singer is listing this first property she purchased back in 2012 for a cool $8.9 million.

The single-story, Spanish style estate clocks in at a whopping 8,456 square feet,  sprawled across two plots for a total of over 61,000 square feet of land.

The lavish mansion features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two offices, a cinema room, plus an impressive pool and outdoor entertaining deck with gorgeous views of the Santa Monica mountains.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Besides for the stunning location and the amazing interior, the fact that Britney has lived in the house is enough selling power! The hacienda-style home is all set on one storey, with a neutral colour palette running throughout.
