As the Maison&Objet tradeshow is about to start in Paris, there is another famous parallel event taking place in the heart of Paris: is the Paris Deco Off, an event that gathers 106 brands which will receive their clients in their showrooms and where a lot of parties take place.

For the 2016’s edition that will take place between the 21th and 25th of January, Tassinari & Chatel are opening the doors to their history: production secrets and bespoke weaves. Founded in 1680 by Louis Pernon and owned by Lelievre since 1997, Tassinari & Chatel is the oldest manufacturer of Lyonnaise silk. Paris Déco Off 2016 is offering Tassinari & Chatel the chance to share its know-how by presenting certain creations,woven for public or private bodies as well as for design professionals’ individual projects. All different projects, but always created with the same passion.

Gancedo presents Tramuntana, a collection with strength and surprising softness. Gancedo attends Paris Déco Off to present its proposals in textile design 2016 with Tramuntana.The collection is composed of a plain shade called Tramuntana and two jacquards:Garbí and Xaloc. Made of linen, cotton and viscose, it is available in colours that are complementary to the plain Tramuntana.
