Five Mile Capital Partners announced the debut of six new residences at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman available for purchase. The two- and three-bedroom penthouses are priced from $3.85 million to $16.4 million and range in size from 2,540 to 8,070 square feet.

All homes come furnished and sit on the seventh floor of the hotel overlooking North Sound and Seven Mile Beach.

 

Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, marble bathrooms and cool color themes of greens and deep blues.

 

 

The largest, the Grand Cayman Penthouse, sits at 8,000 square feet and features three bedrooms, a grand outdoor terrace, private screening room and panoramic ocean views. Owners will have access to the resort’s amenities such as La Prairie Spa, the Greg Norman-designed golf course, five dining venues including Blue by Eric Ripert, the Courts by Bollettieri tennis center, a water park and multiple pools.
