Racines is a tiny bistro on the Passage des Panoramas. Expect a unique menu changed daily, with charcuterie, three starters, three mains, cheeses, two desserts, and a daily special, and a focus on Italian and French cuisine.
Taverne de Zhao is specialized in Xi’an cuisine. The menu includes platycodon sprouts in sesame paste, golden chicken dumplings, momo (Chinese steamed bread) with Peking duck, Liangpi Royal (cold noodles, with shredded chicken, watercress and scallop sauce), fragrant broths and fresh mango with black rice and coconut milk.
The hotel’s restaurant (Maison Bréguet) is overseen by the celebrated duo David Lanher and Marco Marzilli (Anima), and the Chef Giulian Mauri offers a well-trimmed, seasonal menu that includes salty cooked beets, goats cheese, radish and lemon vinaigrette; squash, chestnut and mandarin soup; veal fillet with parsnip, chervil and hazelnut milk; hook-and-line caught cod with spring onion Colonnata bacon and yuzu, and Almond, pistachio and cranberry blancmange.
