The company that provides specialized services to businesses scattered all over the country, holds an annual competition to honor cutting edge concepts and creativity in restrooms — public restrooms — and this year’s winner is a tik-tok famous bathroom in Colorado city’s Bancroft Park.

The restroom, that self-cleans after 30 users, has ADA-compliant options, lights to indicate if it is available and appliances that are activated with a hand-wave, and when supplies are low, an app alerts maintenance to restock what’s missing.

The restrooms are incredibly clean and bright, and you can open the door with just a push of a button! However, you can’t let yourself take too long while doing your business, because the automatic doors open after ten minutes of someone being there.

Other Contenders in the competition include other restrooms across the country in hotels, airports, and restaurants. Each one of them with unique characteristics that bring freshness to the restroom scene.
