In the south of Vienna, a new building was constructed that offers plenty of space for the whole family. Clear lines, natural tones and the warmth of wood were the clients’ wishes.

Moderner Bungalow

In cooperation with the Lüdtke architectural office and the owners, a modern bungalow with a special feel-good factor was created on a living space of around 150 square metres. Not only was this house built in a quiet location, but the open architecture with its large windows and high ceilings bring a lot of light and spaciousness into the living areas.

Ein neues Bad

With attention to detail and harmony, a very compact bathroom with a bathtub and little storage space was completely reworked.

Real wood parquet flooring and furniture in walnut. Extension of the living level to the terrace with a view of the Rhine valley.

Gelb wie die Sonne

The warm yellow of the sun finds a constant line through the interior as well as the exterior. Small rooms were combined for more spaciousness. Modern touches with a feel-good ambience meet the latest building standards.
