This event is a great opportunity to discover new trends and expressions in a wide variety of sectors, including decoration, design, furniture, accessories, textiles, fragrances, the world of children, tableware, and much more. The upcoming edition is set to return to Paris Nord Villepinte, from 19-23 January 2018 and promises to deliver a fantastic and unique business atmosphere.

This event offers a clearer perspective of three main areas: MAISON and its wide range of interior decoration, organised into different worlds; OBJET, the show’s concept store, ideal for retailers; and finally INFLUENCES and its unique itinerary. A new offer that has been created to facilitate communication and the unearthing of new products.
Maison et Objet Paris’ brand new campaign was imagined by Parisian graphic design studio Be-Pôles, asserting the trade show’s visual identity using a color gradient.

As tradition dictates, the prestigious venue has already named the designer of the year, the extremely versatile Dutch designer, Cecilie Manz. The designer is always experimenting and in January, she will present her latest accomplishments. The exhibition will feature existing products and new designs, displayed in a warm and homey
atmosphere, a theme that is evidently delineated in her creations.

Moreover, the renowned Agence NellyRodi’s is set to design the Inspirations Space and the Bookshop-Café following the concept Showroom. The concept emerged as the product of the investigative work conducted by NellyRodi’s team of consultants on a variety of societal, industry and marketing topics.

Also, the Rising Talent Award has been announced. Federica Biasi, Antonio Facco, Marco Lavit Nicora, Kensaku Oshiro, Federico Peri and Guglielmo Poletti will be the six Italian designers honored at the event. Each designer was nominated by influential figures of the industry, Andrea Branzi, Giulio Cappellini, Rosita Missoni, Piero Lissoni, Luca Nichetto, and Rossana Orlandi, respectively.
