Salone Del Mobile 2022 is almost here and it’s ready to astonish us. From 7th June to 12th June, at Fiera Milano Rho, the iSaloni Fair is going to the platform where exhibitions, conferences, and talks will be held integrating design, technology, flexibility, and sustainability. Simultaneously a series of events will happen, and with this article, we want to offer an iSaloni 2022 Fair Guide.
Salone Del Mobile 2022 will be the event of the week in Milan, and it’s important to know what will happen so the event can be explored to its full potential. With so many exhibitions, conferences, and live talks, we want to introduce some of the events that will happen.

At Hall 03 + 01, SaloneSatellite was born in 1999, and it’s a platform that units creatives and makers from all over the world, regardless of position, prestige, nationality, or gender. The purpose is to communicate and explore their full potential and display it to the World. Under the curatorship of Marva Griffin, this event is held every year and focuses on creative endeavors and designs under 35s. Among so many other events at Salone Del Mobile 2022, this one facilitates the relationship between businesses and young designers, architects, and artists in order to help them enter the professional activity and the market. This year’s edition gathers more than 600 young designers focusing on the theme “Designing For Our Future Selves”.
At Hall 12 + 08, Hall 20 + 16, and Hall 10 + 06, two simultaneous events will happen as well. The Salone Internazionale del Mobile and the Workplace 3.0, both reunite the most exclusive and unique brands. The Salone Internazionale del Mobile was launched in 1961 as a way to promote the Italian exportation of furnishing and accessories. Since then, it has been a global platform in the sector that gathers astonishing brands.
Moreover, Workplace 3.0 is an innovative area dedicated to design and technology in workplace planning. It intends to explore new approaches, forms, and solutions to future workplaces where the human factor and smart technologies are so relevant.
At Hall 24 + 22, the International Bathroom Exhibition will occur as well. This exhibition started in 2003, and it is an exhibition in its own right since 2006. Gathering, 172 exhibitors to explore the transition and evolution from a domestic bathroom to a more functional and luxurious one. This 8th Edition was highlighted as never before. Innovative and glamorous products for luxury bathrooms will reflect today’s needs for sustainability, but also offer well-being. Maison Valentina will be present at this event at Pavilion 22 – Stand F20.
At Hall 15 + 13, a multidisciplinary area dedicated to designing objects, decorative, and technical interior design options is going to happen. S.Project chooses and values manufacturer applications with the support of Salone Internazionale del Mobile. This project desires to be a new business-to-business platform that has collaborations between retailers, designers, and businesses.
Finally, the FTK (Technology For the Kitchen/EuroCucina) is another simultaneous event that unites the best kitchen brands with the most exclusive and unique solutions and fittings for your interior design projects.
To mark the launch of DAAily platforms, the curatorial event will be held at the Swiss Corner on the eastern edge of the Breera Design District, where hosts will celebrate talent with a storytelling program, with architects and designers. With an experience rich in sensations, the outside will be inside with a unique nature-inspired curtain by Douglas Mandry or a splendid floral installation by Anne Vitchen. Moreover, the visitors will be able to experiment for the first time with new seatings by Stefan Diez and Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby.
A meeting point for the creative visitors during Milan Design Week, the DAAily Bar will astonish us as well with an extensive program of live talks. From well-known design-cultural protagonists to the latest products, as well as architectural thinking, the line-up is impressive and will inspire us so deeply.
