“Sleep has been phenomenally successful with year-on-year growth in visitor numbers and an increasingly global profile while retaining all the values that make it so special – it’s boutique, experimental and experiential, a conceptual playground on the one hand and the place that people come to do business on the other,”
“Sleep + Eat will allow us to build logically and thoughtfully on this legacy and the move to Olympia means we will have more space to do so. It will ensure that new ideas and first-time exhibitors, together with respected industry names and established design-led suppliers, will continue to fuel the event and that we can give space to our community of hoteliers, restaurateurs, owners and other industry professionals to see design excellence in all its forms.” – Mark Gordon, Brand Director of Sleep + Eat

”Curated by Supper magazine’s Heleri Rande, the new Eat Theatre features insights and expertise on a range of topics including designing for Michelin star chefs, food tech and the reinvention of afternoon tea through product design.”
Eat Set installations will illuminate two talented interior design studios as they’re each confronted to design a pop up-sized cafe or nightclub concept.
Sleep + Eat brings together more than 150 global design brands, including admired returning names.
The Sleep Set installations will see four interior design studios each partner with a worldwide brand to devise a popup-sized hotel room concept.
”Sleep Theatre returns in 2018, curated by Sleeper magazine’s Guy Dittrich.” Featuring big hospitality design names with even huger ideas, the programme is packed with keynotes, panel discussions, trend projections and more.
Designed by Jun Aizaki of CRÈME Architecture & Design and supported by Sleeper magazine.
