When Rap Becomes a Symphony – Drake’s Restaurant Project Design by Maison Valentina: Canadian rapper Drake has just opened a restaurant in Toronto and it’s called Pick 6ix, a reference to a football play and Drake’s nickname for Toronto. Pick 6ix is a partnership between Drake’s record label Ovo and Montreal chef Antonio Park’s restaurant group. The restaurant is now officially open and taking reservations. Find out below everything you should know!

The menu will reflect South American and Japanese influences. There will be a raw bar
with seafood platters and sushi, “open-face gyoza” that reference Argentinian empanadas,
and “lobster spaghetti à la Montréal,” a decadent dish of butter-poached lobster over vealbeef
bolognese and topped with Grana Padano cheese. A braised Korean-style short rib is
inspired by a recipe from Park’s great grandmother, Food & Wine reports.

But let’s talk about the interiors specially the bathroom’s restaurante that was designed
by Kroeze Interieur, and it feature Maison Valentina Symphony freestanding.
The Symphony freestanding was inspired by a vision to understand the past and interpret it
through cutting-edge technology and contemporary design, we have created this emotional
freestand passionately inspired by music. Handcrafted with the finest materials, this
breathtaking piece is of genuine style, ensuring mystery and elegance. The golden gives a
luxury touch to every bathroom.

In order to understand better this project we had an interview with Paul Kroeze, the principal at Kroeze
Interieur.

What was the inspiration behind this project?
The inspiration behind this project was to create a club scene with international allure.

What type of questions do you ask to discover your client’s requirements?
We always do our best to understand our clients and to transmit their ideas through the projects, our questions
consist in Who are your customers? Tell me some ideas you like? What is your selling product?

When designing a bathroom what is the most important factor for you?
The most important factors for us are the atmosphere, the quality of the materials meaning that we don’t
look for standard products, we always look for something special that is unique.

Why did you choose Maison Valentina products for this project?
When we where looking for products for this project, we found yours and decide it for it because the brand
has special products that other bathroom brands don’t have.
