Sur Mesure par Thierry Marx\"Design<\/a>\n<\/h3>\n

Every detail of the Jouin-Manku design complements this sensory experience. Upon entering, customers discover a whole white cocoon, which acts as a blank screen for the menu. Covering the walls and ceiling with white fabric, they create a slight cloud impression, while in the center is an elliptical crystal, apparently suspended in the air.<\/p>\n

With classic French style, added to 1950s details, the H\u00f4tel Providence is housed in a building dating back to 1854 and was designed by the owners: the successful restaurateur Pierre Moussi\u00e9 (Chez Jeannette, Le Mansart and Brasserie Barb\u00e8s), his wife \u00c9lodie and his friend Sophie Richard. \u201cWe kept the original structure, its architectural elements (stucco and ornate balconies) and its history,\u201d says Sophie.<\/p>\n
