Luxury Villas: Avadina Hills by Anantara – Minor International has three new luxury projects in Phuket, Thailand. Each one of the projects has a different concept, one being a mixed-use retail and commercial building, the other a luxury residential and the last one, an update of the Antanara Vacation Club.

The project will be developed in partnership with Kajima Overseas Asia, creating a 50:50 joint venture to construct on the 99 rai of the land. Truly stunning.
The project named Avadina Hills by Antanara, features 16 luxury villas and will be developed in two different phases. The first 11 villas will be completed in the beginning of 2018 while the rest will be ready in 2020. A project with breathtaking views.
A shared space will be leased to Anantara Layan Phuket hotel to build extensive new facilities featuring a gym, spa, and tennis courts. The second project to be in development by Minor International are the 97 newly-designed Anantara Vacation Club apartments and villas with pools.

Finally, the third project under development is the expansion of Turtle Village shopping mall is set to open to the public in 2019. There will be approximately 534 sqm of prime office space.
