This former British Army Barracks, which had been out of reach for over 150 years, has been transformed into one of the world\u2019s most desirable addresses. The 12.8-acre site in the heart of Belgravia represents a completely new neighbourhood, home to a rare collection of residences, penthouses, and townhouses, as well as an unrivalled array of private amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashberg House is a striking new residential development on Cathcart Road in Chelsea. The property is nearly 9,000 square feet in size and is spread across five floors. The Ashberg diamond, an amber-coloured cushion-cut 102-carat diamond once included in the Russian Crown Jewels and internationally renowned for its exceptional qualities, inspired the house\u2019s name and inspiration. The house is designed in a modern vernacular with a lot of glass, black basalt, and bronze details. The building elevations stand in stark contrast to Chelsea\u2019s traditional brick and stucco villas, boldly challenging the status quo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior scheme is both exciting and dynamic, while also responding to the building\u2019s unique architectural envelope and historical location in the heart of Westminster. Continuing the classic proportions of panelling detail into the informal reception area, the timber panelling has become richer to create an intimate and relaxing space. The detail is subtle and dynamic here, and the materiality has a brighter palette. The counter wraps the perimeter of the space and storage runs full height where the ceiling has been dropped in the core of the layout, with an emphasis on function and usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6- Lennox Gardens Triplex<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

They distilled architectural principles from the Pont Street Dutch architecture and applied them to our interior language and design by exploring key ideas derived from Dutch architecture. In defiance of classical principles and Gothic influences, we developed a new eclectic aesthetic, drawing inspiration from cultural influences and refining them into a harmonious design, emphasizing the quality of materials and design details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beautifully considered, comfortable, and the distinguished interior is sympathetic to the character of the property while also allowing for a contemporary and refined language. This distinguished interior is created by a contrasting mix of palettes, art, and soft furnishings \u2013 with eclectic tones at its heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The concept is inspired by the apartments along the Bosphorus in Istanbul. The plan was sited to maximize access to views from all points, drawing inspiration from the light and water. To create a neutral backdrop against which art could be set, all core materials were sourced locally. This gives the apartment a gallery-like feel, with functional elements like the kitchen island and stairway screen taking on a sculptural quality. To break up the continuous space, the open plan is divided into different functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
