Among its recent projects stand out the refurbishment of SHIFT 54 rue de Londres (winner of the SIMI awards and finalist of the MIPIM Awards), the Belvedere with SPACES in La D\u00e9fense the business district of Paris, UFO which will host the future Leboncoin headquarters, a building in wooden structure rue Bayard, but also 5 Wework on Paris, including the biggest in Europe (20 000 m2). With its expertise in hotel programs, the agency recently delivered the first French hotel of the German brand 25Hours, a heavy restructuring in front of the Gare du Nord in Paris, and the interior design of the first two MEININGER hotels in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A complex of three buildings, built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, which have been renovated several times, creating a mess in its interior decoration. Unifying the three buildings and making them harmonious was essential.
The concept was to create a general theme for the whole hotel in order to enhance the coherent architecture and to imagine a new identity for the whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Axel Schoenert meets Ibiza, he found the synergy between Nature and Architecture.
A detached bright original and designed house hidden in a grove, setting on a promenade overlooking the Mediterranean sea is the perfect place to retire to from the city life. This villa, as a real \u201cinvitation to the voyage\u201d offering an unlimited view of the skyline, is a haven of peace and tranquillity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

61 PARIS NATION H\u00d4TEL<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Paris Inn Group entrusted Axel Schoenert architects with the design of the 61 Paris Nation Hotel, a 4 star boutique hotel with 48 rooms located at Paris. The interior design revisits the style of the 1960s in a contemporary way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00d4TEL PARIS V\u00c9LIZY Project<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Paris V\u00e9lizy Hotel is located at the entrance to the city, in the heart of a new and growing district.
The building now comprises a 4-level complex: a ground floor dedicated exclusively to public spaces and technical premises linked to the hotel\u2019s operation, the restaurant area, located on the west side of the building. With 161 rooms on all levels, The Paris V\u00e9lizy Hotel is part of an environmental sustainable development approach with Ecolabel certification.\u00a0The architect for this project is Jean-Jacques Ory, and the building was acquired by Eiffage Immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paris Inn Group entrusted the restructuring of the H\u00f4tel Op\u00e9ra Faubourg to Axel Schoenert architects, in collaboration with EDO.
A complete renovated and restored project. A wooden frontage realized in order to harmonize the whole ground floor and to confer a unity to the hotel.
Harmonized and brought up to standard, this four-star boutique hotel now offers a capacity of 103 rooms. Its relaxed and refined atmosphere, with retro notes, guarantees comfort and well-being to its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
