The\u00a0178-seat<\/strong>\u00a0restaurant, with a patio that\u00a0seats 100 more<\/strong>, will be a cross between a casual restaurant, upscale lounge, and sports bar, where the prices\u00a0are around\u00a0$50<\/strong>\u00a0per person. Contributing to a lounge vibe,\u00a0Pick 6ix<\/strong>\u00a0will also have a wall of champagne and serve sake and cocktails from Montreal barman\u00a0Lawrence Picard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The menu will reflect South American and Japanese influences. There will be a raw bar with seafood platters and sushi, \u201copen-face gyoza\u201d that reference Argentinian empanadas, and \u201clobster spaghetti \u00e0 la Montr\u00e9al,\u201d a decadent dish of butter-poached lobster over veal-beef bolognese and topped with Grana Padano cheese. A braised Korean-style short rib is inspired by a recipe from Park\u2019s great grandmother,\u00a0Food & Wine<\/em>\u00a0reports<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
