The brand has also interviewed the designer Jo\u00e3o Matias<\/strong> in order to better understand the creative process behind this new pieces and why the KOI Collection<\/strong> has been expanded.<\/p>\n

Describe the creative process behind this new pieces.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The creative process is all based on the concept of the brand and its identity, our main focus went through escaping the cross-design that has been done in the past using other brand\u2019s style pieces but at the same time trying not to escape the Maison Valentina identity and its luxury authenticity.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Which is the piece that for you stands out the most? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>It would be the Petra Washbasin. Because it is a bold product that does not fall far from the brand\u2019s language and is possible to see our materials that identify the brand and that go along with our client\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

What materials were used in this collection?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Besides the materials we have the shapes, the shape potentiates the raw material, in this case, we use the famous and ostentatious marble, which is partly worked by hand, then we go to the encounter of Victorian forms with the timeless ornaments using on them several colors in this case we have used black with different shades of brightness.<\/p>\n

There is a lot of new pieces of the KOI Collection. Did you feel that the KOI Collection was incomplete? That\u2019s why you choose KOI instead of others? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I think all collections are not yet complete, we are working on this, the brand is recent and we haven\u2019t had enough time to close each collection from start to finish. Our goal is that each product line has its own set of that will contemplate an entire bathroom environment, in this case, we have started with the collection KOI.<\/p>\n

What questions have you asked yourself when designing this pieces? What information\u2019s where the most important?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Understanding the position of the brand, and its target, and always keeping in mind that only something new and unique can attract the attention of the public.<\/p>\n

What pieces are you most proud of this collection? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>It\u2019s a bit subjective. We must feel proud of all our collection, otherwise, we could not and should not communicate them.<\/p>\n
