“Cheerio Decorex London!”: Maison Valentina’s Highlights at the Show

It is finished. Cheerio, Decorex London! See you next year!

It was the debut of Maison Valentina, the luxury bathrooms brand, at this splendid show and we are so fortunate for being part of it! With a rich heritage of 39 years, Decorex’s long standing reputation has proven the test of time; growing and evolving to remain exciting and innovative. And this year it wasn’t different!

During 5 days we had the opportunity to show our design pieces at one of the most renowned events of luxury and design across the world.

Maison Valentina was in partnership with its sister brand, Boca do Lobo, presenting to the professionals of design and architecture its sensuous and precious bathroom furniture.

Take a look at the highlights we displayed at the show:

Crochet Washbasin

The Crochet Washbasin merges a traditional Knitting technique with the best of Portuguese luxury furniture design. Inspired by the artisan method popular in Europe during 19th century, the Crochet Washbasin is rich in texture, and has a timeless classic design influence.

KOI Washbasin

KOI carp is a recurring symbol of Japanese culture, highly appreciated by its decorative purposes, not only in water gardens but also in Irezumi practice or, most commonly, in tattoos. Its natural colour mutations reveal their capacity to adapt, just like the KOI wash basin that you can use to create a better sense of space division in your ambiences. The KOI scales that compose the panels of the wash basin shine and reflect – on its brass surface – the sun caught throughout the clear water. KOI is the Japanese word for love or affection, making the carp also a symbol of love and friendship.
